NEED YOUR HELP AND SUPPORT: Raising funds for Multiple sclerosis

Hello There!,

This is not the very best year for asking for donation. But, think yourself as fortunate that you are on the "Giving" side!

My daughter Kasturi and I've signed up for the BP MS 150 - an unforgettable ride to support the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and the important work they are doing to create a world free of MS. You can learn more about this amazing experience at bpms150.net.

Multiple sclerosis is an unpredictable, often disabling disease of the central nervous system which interrupts the flow of information within the brain, and between the brain and body. Symptoms range from numbness and tingling to blindness and paralysis. The progress, severity and specific symptoms of MS in any one person cannot yet be predicted, but advances in research and treatment are moving us closer to a world free of MS. Most people with MS are diagnosed between the ages of 20 and 50, with at least two to three times more women than men being diagnosed with the disease. MS affects more than 2.3 million people worldwide.

Since the first BP MS 150 ride over 30 years ago, more than $1 billion has been raised for research and programs to improve the lives of people living with MS. Today, there are treatments where there weren't any before and the dream of ending MS is becoming a reality. But there is still much to do.

That's why I'm riding. My goal is to raise $1000. Will you help me reach my goal by donating what you can? It's fast and easy to make a tax-deductible donation on my Personal Page. If you prefer, feel free to mail me your donation at:
