As meeting in person might not be always possible, pl consider this app that I have tested and liked it . Good part is screen sharing .....

We will start our first NABC mtg using this 

I am using this Zoom cloud meeting service for mobile collaboration, HD video conferencing and high-quality screen sharing..... And liked it
