Thanks Margo. Unfortunately we had too many clouds last night to see the moon.

Thanks Paul. Yes, I reside in Florida now but I’m definitely not a Florida Gator!

On another note. We moved to Florida from Murray KY. While in Kentucky we became big fans of the Murray State Racers. Their baseball team just made it into the NCAA College World Series in Omaha for the very first time. A really fun team to watch. They play UCLA this Saturday.

For Murray State to beat UCLA would be SO SWEET!

Thought I’d share this FB post about the Murray State team. They really are the talk of the tournament. I hope they do well.

I have a theory about why they are successful.  This coach is invested in his team.  This kind of physical investment translates to the humans he coaches.  I believe it lights up the part of the brain that manifests in the body physically.  In sports that means the players are more in the parts of the brain that move more in muscle memory and less in critical thinking.  Critical thinking is used in practice learning new skills, but muscle memory saves the day.  You don’t think to catch or hit a ball.  You rely on what your body knows to do.  Someone who cares enough to keep the field cut, is someone you can count on to coach you up.  Margo

I think you may be on to something Margo. He has a great relationship with his players.
