Regarding last email

Hello CubScout Pack 466.  I hope this email finds you and your families well. 

 It has been an interesting last several months. 

As you know, I am an ER Doctor outside of Scouting, and these last several months have been challenging for me just like all of you. I sincerely appreciate all your patience and trust in myself and our amazing Den Leaders. 

I have been waiting for a sooner clearance to ‘open’ , by the state/city officials, but as you all know, our quarantine just got extended to at least July.

Although, I am a strong believer in proper social distancing and hygiene (I see Covid patients on a daily ER Shift), I also believe that we need to do something for our scouts, as their mental well being is ALSO very important. 

Today our Pack leaders and I had a meeting on how to best honor and celebrate our scouts‘ accomplishments this year. As soon as our plans are finalized, I will notify the Pack on our plan. 

I appreciate ALL of your patience and wish you all health.
