Blue and Gold Banquet

It is time for the Blue and Gold Banquet, the celebration of Scouting in the United States, specifically Cub Scouting. The festivities will begin at 4 pm on Saturday, Feb 2. We will start in the Sanctuary at 4 and dinner begins at 6.

We will have dinner catered by Betsy's Creation, the same people who catered the last few banquets we have done. Dinner will be Traditional Chili or White Chicken Chili, and Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, tea, lemonaid and dessert.

Please register by going to cubpack14.com, signing in, and then click on the Blue and Gold Banquet link on the right under "Events". Registration for dinner will end on Tuesday, January 29, 2013 at midnight. We strongly encourage you to register before then. After Tuesday, the registration will shut off. We have to turn in a count to the catering company on Wednesday morning, so that they have enough time to purchase and prepare the food. After registration closes, we can NOT add to the list. If there is food left after those that have registered, then we can have more people go through the line, but Tuesday is the last day we will accept registration.

Pack 14 Cub Scout dinners are covered by the pack, the cost for dinner for parents and siblings 5 and older is $6.50 per person, with a $30 family cap. It is not necessary to register children under 5, but please list them in the notes with your registration.
