Root Password for the image cb-a20-lubuntu-desktop-card-v105.img

[AG Cubie]

Hello,
I installed correctly the cb-a20-lubuntu-desktop-card-v105.img.
I'm using the linaro user but I have to access as ROOT.
Please, do you know the root password?

sudo passwd root

finally,you can change your root account password

If I have no any hdmi-based monitor, how can I do this?
Is it possible to login the board via SSH over network?

You need a monitor or a serial cable.  The four large pins are serial.

I prefer the later because I can use it with a laptop.   Once you log in the you can get the IP and ssh in.

Also, at least on the debian distro, you need to change the ssh port back to 22 via sshd's config file.

Has someone someone succeeded to have Roman's minimal server image for
Cubieboard 2 running in the A20 MK802II?.
Cubuntu rks OK but can only access 512 MB or RAM. And also installs some
utilities that I don't need.

But why I need a serial cable? 

I'd already got the IP of board via the router.

When I connect the board via putty, then type 'admin' as username, next type 'password' as password, finally it shows me that 'access denied'. I cannot understand.
