Is there is existing method to add annotation/comments on the cubic test diagram itself? It'd be nice if we can insert text/drawings in the diagram directly I think, especially for a large diagram.

Dont know if there is an official way, but we do it by empty dummy Page/State boxes.  We put a breif description in the name field and more details in the description field.  The nice thing about the Page/State box description field is that it wraps text and doesnt just display everything on one line like the description field for the test does.

 

We pretty much use all custom steps in our framework.

That's interesting.. still it'd be nice if there can be a palette
category for adding arbitrary annotations/drawings in the next version
