Hi guys,

I have a CubeX Duo and I need some help to improve my models.

I try to print a part with a cylindrical hole in a cylinder (like a pipe) and my printer fill the hole. So, I obtain a cylinder and not a cylinder with a hole :)

There was anyone with similar problem? Can anyone help me, indicating me how I can resolve this problem?

I changed the CubeX configuration (layer, density, rotation) but I had the same results.

Another problem is related to 2 lines instead of 1 . I tried filling the space with "Think" option but doesn't work.

Can be an algorithm problem?

Thanks in advance.

Hello MC,

The 2 lines instead of 1, is a known issue. I have emailed cubify about it, (maybe email them too, so it gets fixed soon).
I have not seen or had the issue with the filled hole. Holes usually come out on the smaller side, which is good, so you can drill them to the exact size needed.
