Hey ya'll,

Maybe this is a common problem, but I couldn't find anything...

We bought two large cubes. One works great. The other one... well most of the back ones work. Row 4 doesn't work, part of row 2 and 3 doesn't work, row 1 doesn't work. Doesn't look like there are any bad solder joints. Tried swapping the Photon, tried swapping the LEDs, definitely made sure they were all properly seated.

Any way we can fix it or any tips on troubleshooting? Spent a couple of hours building, really don't want to disassemble and return it!

Removing just the top plexiglass and the plexiglass strips (the ones that keep the LED strips aligned), and (with the cube turned on) gently wiggling one LED strip at a time (starting from row 1), do you see any change?

Sorry, a bit late in the response– we ended up getting it working. We wiggled and wiggled, but to no avail– turns out that one of the strips was bad. The trick was that it was one of the strips that was lighting up just fine– so if anyone else runs into this issue, pull the last strip that works and replace it.
