How do I get a replacement photon?

I have been fighting with wifi since I got it, and now the usb plug is loose on it. I'm not having trouble with any other wifi with anything else in my home. But loose usb connection now means I can't get consistent power to it either. I need to find out how to get a replacement photon. Thanks.

I am having the same issue. and i am going to the bottom with the case of loosing the wifi connections with the photon. In order to help the people to solve this terrible problem. It doesnt occur with everyone. I am one of them. I can use it quite ok at home. but at my parent place it doesnt bound to wifi at all. at my friends house it doesnt work as well... But for now i am sitting at my bed due to hip fracture recovery . once i am mobile again i will continue with it.
