Hi all,

So I can definitely connect to my L3D cube, running a photon, but can't seem to upload a program (like "line") to it from cubetube. I definitely know I can connect to my board because it's breathing cyan, my particle board iphone app says it's connected, and by particle board dev environment on my computer can link to it. But for some reason, I can't push changes through cubetube. One weird thing is that, in cube tube, I can select the pull-down menu and find my board, but when I select it my board's name won't stay there. Is this a problem with cubetube or do I need different firmware?

Thanks!

Oh haha yeah exactly the same problem. I just used the new cubedoctor to see it that would help, but didn't do much in terms of uploading from cubetube. Seriously wondering if something wonky happened w/their server today.

Hi,

The first thing I would suggest is for everyone to log out of cubetube then log in again. This will clear up any cookies left from long-standing sessions and start over afresh.
Cubetube has been updated yesterday, there is a change relevant to the dropdown list in which the method to retrieve the device's status has been updated in order to get rid of the issue where particle falsely reported a cube as offline when it was clearly online. I tested this in different browsers and I can confirm it's good.

After logging out/in, please test and report back should there still be issues.

I am not trying to be a smarta#$ but could you back-out that fix. You know
that you have at least 2 people that have been adversely affected so
now the Cube and Cubetube.org are worthless to them and maybe many more.

I would be glad to beta test any fix just email me at my login name.

thanks

Just a quick update, to let everyone know that the issue with the device list dropdown has been fixed and cubetube is up-to-date.
