hello CSP

now i make a communication subsystem for cubesat , i use GMSK for modulation and demodulation 

I want to get learn how to implement gmsk using fpga

Hi. 

You can take a look at the gnu radio project for some help on making a software defined radio system. 

It's default implementation only relies on the fpga for decimation and downsampling. But you can see that the design of a gmsk receiver is just a quadrature decoder. Something that can be easily moved to an FPGA.

Hi Ahmed,

Just curious: why would you do it on FPGA? There are already so many modem chips for gmsk with integrated up converter.. we implemented a GMSK link using ADI chip for the on-board system and GNU Radio for the ground system.
