Filter on Fact Table

Hi All, 

Help me, how to add filter on "Fact" table. I have 2 dim tables

1. dim_country

2. dim_category

and 1 Fact table fact_order_sales.

I want add filter on "fact_order_sales" table, on the specific column.

How we can do this?
