Problems with database and login

Hi to everyone,

I'm new here and I'm having some trouble.

First of all, I'm using cubes viewer with a mysql database. I keep it online 24/7 but sometimes I have to restart it because it can't load the database.

The database is quite big but I don't think that is the problem. Anyone with the same problem?

Also I'm having problem everytime I restore a dump of the database because I have to recreate the superuser to access to the data. Why is happening?
