What to do with the Cubert output?

Looks pretty cool, I was going through all of the cubert web-pages etc.
It would be nice to have an example on how to query the cubes, graphs and a description of the output schema.
Does this already exist?
I understand LinkedIn analyzes this with Pinot, does Pinot automagically recognize the output?
