Removing Cubeon

In an effort to fix the startup exceptions I'm getting, I want to
clear out cubeon completely before a reinstall. I've removed all the
plugins from the plugin manager, and all the download entries too. I
deleted the ~/.netbeans/dev/conf/cubeon folder. I'm still getting two
things - on startup I get a class not found exception because it's
still trying to open a cubeon panel; There's still a cubeon entry in
the windows menu, but it just shows 'empty'. How can I remove these?
Anything else I've missed?

Hmm.. not sure why may be go to user dir and under modules folder search for file name cubeon and remove those.
