I can modify fix versions when I log into Jira directly from my
browser; but when I use Cubeon, the fix version section is completely
greyed out (I does not even display what is setup as the fix version
in Jira). I can only modify or see the affected versions.
Similarly, with issue assignee I do not need to assign a developer
when i am creating an issue logged into Jira via a browser, but I am
forced to assign one when I am using Cubeon.
As you suggested, I will check my Jira setup and veify.
Thanks for looking into this.
