Hang on updating attributes

Hallo,

I really like this plugin, because we are working with trac and it
would be nice to see what tasks need to be done.

I installed on our server (trac-v0.11.5, python-v2.5.something) the
plugin

I even restarted the server to be sure.

After that I installed into NetBeans 6.8 RC2 this version of plugin:
http://cubeon.googlecode.com/files/cubeon-dev.28-10.zip
Then opened task repository and inserted the connection parameters,
connection is validated and seemed ok.

But in the status bar is still running "updating attributes" action
and it didn't stop even after one hour. When I tryied add some query,
nothing is returned.

What I am doing wrong, have I missed something?

Thank you for any advice, I am looking forward to use this plugin and

Can use check

 your server setup ,(may be mod_wsgi) has restricted   "getAvailableCustomActions()" .Please check with admin.

all other methods call without problem but getAvailableCustomActions() fail with "sys.stdout access restricted by mod_wsgi' while executing 'ticket.getAvailableCustomActions()"
