Issue Tracker not in Github anymore

I just noticed that the Github issue tracker for Cube appears to be disabled.

Was this intentional?

Are the issues being tracked somewhere else?

Yes, the issues tab was disabled when we stopped running Cube at Square and could no longer dedicate useful time to the project.

Issues are not being tracked elsewhere to my knowledge. You can get a sense of problems from the open pull requests: https://github.com/square/cube/pulls
