The electronics are fully functional, the mechanical stuff is mostly done, excepting a few refinements.

I am trying to fold ROS Serial's functionality into the Marlin Firmware
I may be barking up the wrong tree, since it appears that I could just drop the MarlinSerial.cpp out entirely and use rosserial_arduino in its place but theres still some missing logic...
