Wiki Acting up

Just went to try and add some info to the wiki

it seemed particularly sensitive to certain characters, as in: " [ ] '

if they are included it bails the the cubespawn.com root drupal page saying

 

Page not found

The requested page "/wiki/index.php?title=System_Control_Software&action=submit" could not be found.

but, as it turns out, it will do this even if an edit has not been made - I am troubleshooting.....
