We WILL meet this Thursday

By now, you've certainly received at least one email, text message, or phone call letting you know that school will let out early Thursday and all evening activities at the schools are cancelled.

 

With the Blue & Gold Banquet just one week away and some Cubs needing to finish requirements beforehand, plus our promised PW Derby car weigh-in opportunity, this week's Den Meeting is just too important to miss!

 

Therefore, we will meet at the Cora Kelly Recreation Center, "AB Room," from 7:00 - 8:00 PM.  We may be a bit crowded and we will need to keep the kids controlled (not using the ping pong/pool table area, for example), but this will allow us to have the meeting.  The "AB Room" is near the front desk - turn to the right as you enter the recreation center. 

 

I believe we will be able to set up our PW Derby Car Weigh-In Station outside of the AB Room - we will need to have the boys/parents visit the Station in small groups rather than in "mob fashion" at the opening of the meeting (smile).

Den Leaders - please let me know if you need anything from the Cabinet - I will plan to access it either Thursday before school or during the rec center's snack time Thursday afternoon.
