CSU Observatory Outing - Rescheduled Date

Hello!

Here is the link to register for the outing to the CSU Observatory for Friday, May 10 since we were not able to go in April due to the weather. 

Where: Colorado State University Observatory

When: Friday, May 10, 2024 - 8 pm

Activities: We will be meeting with Dr. Emily Hardegree-Ullman, who is an astronomy professor at Colorado State University. She will talk to the Cub Scouts about what we can observe through the telescopes at the observatory. All family members are welcome to attend!

Key Preparation: This observatory is open to the outside, so you do need to dress warmly. There is on-street parking, and also a parking lot across the street. For our Tiger cubs, you can work on a majority of the Sky is the Limit adventure during this visit.
