I want to make sure that for our people in or near the San Francisco
area. You don't have to drive to LA to watch this wonderful show of
Master Cuatristas. Come and share your passion for our culture and
more specific to the Puerto Rican Cuatro. Puerto Rico's National
Icon. To many, their Flag.
You thought we forgot about you. You thought that The Festival Del
Cuatro organization didn't hear your plea last year to have a Cuatro
Festival in San Francisco?
Well, we did not forget. I'd like to mention that you need to Thank
Irma Iris Vargas, and her brother Antonio Vargas. They have been in
touch with our organization and they are bringing to you directly from
Puerto Rico, Yomo Toro and Edwin Colon
Zayas y su Taller Campesino. It is an honor for us the The Festival
Del Cuatro organization to collaborate with a seasoned organization
like El Club Puertorriqueño de San Francisco (http://

San Diego, take notes on this one. We can do this next year, and have
The California Festival Del Cuatro Tour...San Diego, Los Angeles and
San Francisco... wow!! That would be something!

The Puerto Rican Cuatro is Puerto Rico's National Icon. Like el zurdo
de Isabela once said in an interview when he was ~90 yrs old. "El
Cuatro es mi bandera". Doesn't this get you all choked up? I know It
does me, because of my passion for the cuatro and how proud I am of my
heritage.
Show your support to El Club Puertorriqueño in San Francisco and say
"presente". Be there and share, experience the best cuatristas alive.
