Edwin Colon Zayas was the recipient of a 2009 NEA National Heritage
Fellowship. I had the wonderful opportunity to share with him this
week in DC and see him live in concert last night in the Strathmore
Theater in Bethesda Maryland. This award is a great honor and huge
deal for all of us that feel so strong about our cultural and
traditional roots.

Take some time today from 3-4PM PST, to see Edwin and Bill Colon Zayas
live in Concert at the Kennedy Center- Millenium Theater. This
concert will be aired live over the internet.
