We are migrating the subscribers of this group to our newsletter
management software provided by POWWEB, This will be better for us in
terms of managing how information is disseminated, but it will also
alleviate some of the spamming that occurs with these google groups.

Puerto Rico's National Instrument the Cuatro. Note that you will be

heavily promoting the
Festival Del Cuatro 2009 in California. This year the festival will
take place in 3 major California cities (San Diego, Los Angeles and
San Francisco)
