Thank You for the purchase of Package A at the 2nd Annual Festival Del Cuatro in SoCal

I want to begin by Thanking You for your support and sponsorship. The
purchase of Package A for this 2nd Annual Festival Del Cuatro enabled
us to reach part of our goal in funding this event. Purchase of each
package A entitles you to a copy of this years festival poster signed
by Alvin Medina, Edwin Colon Zayas and Yomo Toro. It also entitles
you to a copy of the CD of the music recorded live that evening.
I am sure you are anxious to get the poster and the CD from the
Festival. I can assure you that we are working as fast as we can to
get the CD mastered and produced. Like everything we have done in the
past 3 yrs, we depend on volunteer work. The sound and video editing
is being done pro-bono by volunteers. Last Sunday we spent over 5
hours editing the sound and working on making the Master copy of the
recorded music. We are not done yet, we are still working on it and
as soon as we complete the Master we will produce your copies before
we post the CD's for sale on the website! :-)
You are in for a treat, the poster is beautifully printed on heavy
poster stock, with the musicians signatures. I don't have to tell you
how these posters will become collectors items since not only are they
limited, but its signed by the musicians. The music in the CD will
jog your memory of the events that night!
Some of you purchased the package for yourself and one of you
purchased several package A's as a donation to the Festival. It is
people like you that make these events possible. I spoke with you
over the phone and really felt your passion and story of how you
missed this years Festival due to relocation out of state. We can
imagine how depressed you must have been, not being able to attend the
festival this year. I recall last year you drove 8 hrs to come to the
festival. While this year you could not attend, you still made a
notable contribution. And The Festival Del Cuatro Thanks you.
Please note that we have received your emails regarding the posters
and the CD. We will send these to you as soon as the CD has been
produced. We hope to have it all completed before the end of October.
