Mi Gente!

Every year we receive a multitude of emails stating: "I didn't know
about the festival" or "I found out about the festival after the
date". Help us disseminate this information to all of our friends and
family. Send them to the Festival Del Cuatro website, www.festivaldelcuatro.org.
Let them know they need to get their tickets now to make sure they get
a seat. We hope to sell out this years show. The venue is beautiful
and every seat is a great seat. If you need some hand holding while

help you with your needs and calm down those anxieties.

This year we feature three of the top female cuatristas directly from
Puerto Rico. Emma Colon Zayas, Maribel Delgado and Nelian Colon. To
back this powerful ensemble of musicians we have Latin Grammy Nominee,
Edwin Colon Zayas y su Taller Campesino. If you remember, Edwin
premiered and released his album Reafirmacion during our festival last
year!! That's right, you heard it first at the Festival Del Cuatro in
California. Another surprise we have for you in store, is the
performance of Fabiola Mendez. A prodigy 12 year old that will warm
your heart with her cuatro performance. We hope to have Fabiola be a
spark of inspiration to all the children present and all of us alike.

One that has been put together for the past 3 years by a hanful of
dedicated individuals. This event has been put together in the past

The last bit of exciting news is the Festival Del Cuatro is raffling
off a Professional Quality Puerto Rican Cuatro handmade by Roberto
Rivera from www.riverainstruments.com This instrument will be signed
by all the performing artists for a perceived value of $3,000 -$5,000
You may get your raffle tickets online, or you may buy them at the
festival. You do not need to be present to participate in the Cuatro
Raffle, you can purchase raffle tickets online and you will be
notified of the winner. On November 15, someone will win that
beautiful instrument.
