Publishing Gridded Data in HIS

Want to know how to publish gridded data? A recently published article describes a process to convert gridded data to point time series data for ingestion into HIS:

This process has been used to add both Multisensor Precipitation Estimates data from the NWS and NLDAS data from NASA to the HIS Catalog.
