Friends,
Mostly we will have the program order as below unless we have last minute changes.
Event Start:
We will have ugadi event start from 5:00 PM and the programs will start exactly at 5:30 PM. Make sure all the participants show up at the Urbana Civic Center by 5:15 PM.
Hall Setup:
Function Hall will be given to us at 4:00 PM and we need many volunteers to setup. If any of you are interested to volunteer, please be at hall by 4:00 PM.
Photo Booth:
We have photo booth to take family pictures and is available before the start of the program (4:30 PM to 5:30 PM) and after the program (8:30 PM to 9:30 PM).
We are sure that you all will enjoy panchangam, cultural events, delicious homemade food and ugadi pachadi. Hope you all will have good time at Ugadi Sambaralu.
