Durga Puja 2023

Hello All,

 

We invite you, with your friends and family, to this year's Durga Puja celebrations, to be held at the Channing Murray Foundation (1209 W Oregon St, Urbana, IL 61801) from October 20 - 22. Please find the attached flyer for more details on the event schedule and registration process.

 

Please complete the following steps to register to the celebration:

 

i. Fill out RSVP form at: https://forms.gle/dccVPLUUQ1CTp76h8

 

ii. Make payment using any of the options below:

· Zelle to eciba.mai...@gmail.com

· Check payable to 'ECIBA', mailed to Tanmay Banerjee, 204 Gentian, Savoy, IL 61874. 

Kindly note that early registration ends October 13th, 2023.

 

Please note tickets are often sold out, so consider registering early! Also note late registration or on-spot registration would cost you more. 

 

 

We solicit your active support, active participation and patronage in the various aspects of puja planning and execution, including cooking, stage decoration, venue set up, and puja preparation, among others. It would not be an exaggeration to say that such pre-puja activities bring about the quintessential feeling of a 'Sarbajanin Durga Puja' that many of us have experienced back home. So please don't hesitate to join in on the fun! Also, please spread the word to anyone who might be interested.

 

Finally, if you like to sing, dance, play any instrument, act or even recite your favorite piece of poetry, we are here to listen. Please get in touch with Nibedita (nibed...@gmail.com) or Sarika (sarika...@yahoo.com). We would love to see you perform!
