You could look for a html to tex converter. An altavista search (+html2latex) finds http://sun1000e.pku.edu.cn/on_line/w3html/Tools/html2latex.html and a bunch more. Then you can use any number of tools that produce html. One such tool is Myrmidon, a printer driver that outputs html instead, but any web page builder on the mac will do, as will eudora.

Myrmidon is available at http://www.terrymorse.com. If you use eudora it can convert from styled text to html. Set up eudora so that it uses html to send style information.(in the settings window under "styled text"). Copy some formatted text from MCL into eudora and send it to yourself, making sure that you send the styled information. When you received the message, click on the "blah blah" icon and voila, html.

I wrote some code many years ago that did this sort of thing for styled code on a symbolics lispm. The fun part was that I didn't use a monspaced font, which made the alignment more tricky. I did a quick look for the code and couldn't find it. I'll take another look and If I can find it I'll send it your way.
