Silkscreen On Metal

I am trying to put some silkscreen graphics onto a mostly flat metal surface. Anyone have any experience doing so? Even anyone that has ever silkscreened a t-shirt I would like to talk to. I could use some hints on getting the mask done the best way and how to exposure the screen.
