Hi all,
Being at the Zen Center last night reminded me how important having a
Sangha is, and I wanted to share a link to an event that Don and I
went to last year. The event was held in Berkley and it was the first
annual meeting of Sangha Palooza, a gathering of east bay meditation
groups. It was fun to meet new people and learn about all the
different types of meditation (both traditional and non traditional).
I am including the link to the groups facebook page, check it out.
Maybe we can get a large group to go this year and represent the south
bay, and Chung Tai!
