any reason UIKit is imported..?

Hi,

I am thinking of using cTypica in a desktop app -- is there any reason
its delegates include UIKit?
Seems to compile just fine w/out them.. so was wondering what the
reason for it was...

On another front, the license on the Google code project indicates
this is Apache licensed, but non of the source files mention the
Apache license...

The UIKit include must have been an oversight. Also the license. I
have some local changes I've been meaning to check in. I'll have to
get those in, and fix these issues.
