As near as I can see, there's no support for the use_errno (or
use_last_error for that matter) parameters. It seems like a simple command
line switch could add this in pretty easily, unless I'm missing some good
reason not to.

If no one's got time to work on it, I could probably write the patch
myself, but I wouldn't want to start doing so if there's a specific reason
to not include it.
