The following patch contains my (experimental) implementation for
supporting the bool type and parsing of __attribute()s on function
parameters.

This is my first patch ever for an open source project; feedback and some
comments on the way of working would be most welcome.

Note: I separated the bool functionality and added it as a patch to issue
#19.
