I'm not sure who will be fixing the issue. I can reach 172.18.1.1 but not your host. From my end the issue seems to be that there is no route set for your range. Likely OSPF is borked somewhere or an intermediate RB is completely down.

FWIW, copy/pasting the text of the traceroute is a lot easier than making a screenshot of it. It also makes troubleshooting easier since IP addresses can be copy/pasted by the person doing further troubleshooting.

To copy from Windows Command Prompt, right-click, click Mark, click-and-drag the mouse pointer over the text you want to copy, press Enter.

Logging into link-rb3 shows the next hop is 172.18.31.21 which I can reach. This link has been known to have issues so I'm not surprised it doesn't respond on hop 5. I'm surprised hop 6 also doesn't respond however. Getting into 172.18.31.21 (Pro99-NextLevel rb711g with read-only login) shows that it doesn't have a route for 172.18.197.238. It does have a route for 172.18.196.0/24, 172.18.197.0/25 (172.18.197.0-127), and 172.18.198.0/24, neatly avoiding that IP range (172.18.197.128/25 or 172.18.197.128-255).

Hi,

Had a look last night, I can reach the Sxt at pro99, but the sxt at lurker doesn't seem to be connecting.

Both sxts have been rebooted, but still not connecting.

Keith, can you connect to the sxt on your side and check the wireless settings, I have had a few problems with devices resetting the wireless settings to default.

Send some screenshots if you need help.

login  to 172.18.197.130 I did create a login for you a while ago. When logged in, got the wireless interface and  then wireless tab tick the box next to default authentication. Or you can just on the same interface screen add this mac  00:0C:42:F6:4A:AA to the accest list.

Seems that sxt is dead or poe is not working, it is not in neighbours list

I have a sxt light here to try with, I can drop it off at Lurker, if he is home.

To get the guys back on for now, I can do ospf between pro99 sxt and lurker sector.

Everyone ok with that?

Bruce dropped off the SXT.

I used it to test the power.  The POE injector is working fine. Therefore it is either the network cable or the SXT itself.  That means that the pole needs to come down.

Unfortunately today is full.  We can do it on Sat 28 Feb or Sun 1 Mar.

I will need some assistance.

Any volenteers, and your pref for the day/time.

Hi All

I would like to do the SXT swop on Sunday at 14h00.

Thank you Simon for offering to help

Is anyone else available.  The pole is top heavy, it is best for 3 people to take it down.  We need 1 more person

Next, once we swop it, who can do the configuration?

Thanks
Keith
