Hi all

Would love to make the meeting and try to be more involved with what you guys have achieved sofar. Weekends are the easiest for me because I don't work then.

We can make it a week night after 19h00 then I home mostly. I'll organise with my boss if something comes up then someone else can fill in for me.

I would like us 5 to get together for a drink and discussion.

I’m thinking one evening after work, or over a weekend, probably at de kelder again.

I’m suggesting this partly because Henk and Michael couldn’t be at the area meeting, and also because I think something like this could have prevented the debate on whatsapp the other day.

What I would like to discuss is the following.
1.       Area standards – whether we should use /29 /30 or ptp for OSPF links (advantages and disadvantages of both)

2.       IP allocations what ips we should be using for OSPF links and how to control/track what has been used.
3.       The new links we are planning, the one to KMAirwolf and the 2^nd one that is up in the air again.

4.       Keeping the admins working together as a team.
5.       The possibility of making this a regular thing.

6.       Ryan KM (what we can do to get this up again)
7.       Pro99-NL (what we can do to get this running again)

8.       Possibility of upgrading the radio cards on Neptune-Moontop (if this would help us)

This weekend I can only do late Saturday or sometime Sunday, otherwise any evening next week or next weekend.

Hi tony

This is an area admin meeting to discuss technical and for some people a lot of boring stuff.

At 30 August there will be an AGM meeting in Monti Vista with I'm guessing now 100 plus members, the AGM will also be a first chance for many wuggers to vote for a new committee.

As you are aware my technical knowledge is ZIP!

However I would like to learn more and am quite prepared to sit quietly in a corner drinking my beer and making notes in order to perhaps , even slightly, improve my understanding of the technical issues involved in maintaining CTWUG & KM.

I will also attend the AGM, although at present, apart from you, I have not met any other members and would not have a clue who to vote for.

I would appreciate the opportunity to meet other people involved.
