HG37 SNP reference file same as HG38 SNP reference file

Hi everyone,

I'm Xizhi, a new user of cTWAS. I downloaded the "ukb_b37_0.1_var_info.Rvar" file and found it was exactly the same as "ukb_b38_0.1_var_info.Rvar". I checked a random SNP and it should be at HG38 build. Does anyone know how to find the HG37 reference file?

Thanks for the message. The earlier file for b37 version has some problem. I just updated the files. Please download again here:
