new version of the CodeReef client

Dear all,

We are pleased to announce that we have released the new version of our CodeReef client with several new features based on your feedback:

pip3 install codereef

1) you can now check all the versions of stable CK components published at the CodeReef.ai portal as follows:

cr versions {CK module name}:{CK data name}

For example:

cr versions module:soft

cr versions program:tensorflow-classification

2) you can open the CodeReef page for a given CK component as follows:

cr open {CK module name}:{CK data name}

For example:

cr open program:tensorflow-classification

3) you can then publish the new version of a given component as follows:

cr publish {CK module name}:{CK data name} --version={new version}

For example,

cr publish program:tensorflow-classification --version=1.2.0
