Dear all,

 

In the spine HRMS , we have uploaded leave for the month of Dec 13,leave taken during Jan 14 & now balance shown is credit balance of leave for EL, CL, SL,AS ON 31^ST Jan 14 for all the project.

 

Now from 01 st Feb 14 onwards all the staff is requested to apply for the leave online and his / her superior will authorize online.  For the smooth functioning for Feb14 & March 14 parellar system work for manual system too.

 

Credit of leave for all the project is as under to be followed from F.Y. 14-15 & ONWARDS.

1.    CL – CREDIT TO BE GIVEN ON 1^st April

2.    SL – CREDIT TO BE GIVEN ON 1^st April

3.    EL – CREDIT TO BE GIVEN ON 1^st April FOR 50% OF EL & BALANCE 50% OF EL TO BE CREDITED ON 1^ST OCT
