Last year was the launch of online ACR which proved to be quite challenging and I am thankful to all Calorxians who patiently filled the ACR’s inspite of the hiccups. This year the concern areas have been worked on, so I am hopeful that it will be a pleasure filling in the ACR forms.
The online system is being activated from today for the year 2013-14.
Teachers are requested to complete the self Appraisal before proceeding for vacations. The 2nd level appraisers are requested to complete the ACR for their teachers within a week, and the final level may complete by June 15th so that we may open up the ACR for all to view.
We can achieve this only if we stick to the deadlines :
Self Appraisal by all confirmed employees and those who complete 1 yr service on or before 30th June, 2014.
Appraisal by Reviewing officer1(R1), Reviewing officer2(R2) and R3 by 15th June without exceptions affirmatively.
For Logging in to Spine HRMS, Kindly follow the steps below;
- For CERF Employees - http://103.240.35.130/spinehr/weblogin.aspx
- For Altus Employees - http://192.18.1.105/spinehr/weblogin.aspx
- User name and password:
Example if your employee ID is 406 please write BOPAL406 in username and
password.(CAPS LOCK ON).
User name : project name followed by
employee ID i.e BOPAL406, or CPSRAJULA1234
Password : same as above ( if not changed).
- Go through the Presentation attached in the Corporate Guidelines on the Home page for Help on filling the form.

- Project Heads are Requested to kindly circulate and co-ordinate the same information to your teams asap for effective implementation.
