Friday Night The CT Salsa Fest will once again feature the fabulous Salsa y Control All-Vinyl Jam Session for our opening night. An All-Star roster of DJ's will spin the best salsa on original records from their personal collections. Live Percussion will accompany the music!
Also on Friday Night, in our other ballroom, there will be a "Dance For A Cause" hosted by local teens and young adults, and will have a mixture of Today's New Age Music (House, Techno, Dub-step, Moombahtone, and Trap) which will be played by upcoming DJs & Bands.
100% of proceeds from "Dance For A Cause" will go directly to St. Jude's Children's Hospital. Min. Donation: $10.00
Dance showcases by known and new dance teams from around the world. DJs spinning the best in today's hits and the greatest oldies in two separate ballrooms.

GREAT WORKSHOPS:
FOR ADULTS: Salsa On1, On2, Tango, Tricks & Lifts, Hip-Hop, Ladies Shines & Styling and much more for beginners to advanced, taught by top renowned instructors from around the globe.
FOR YOUTHS: As always, CT Salsa Fest's youth teams NEVER pay admission or workshops. This year we have implemented workshops designed for our youth dancers. We have gathered awesome instructors that will be teaching Hip-hop, Salsa basics and shines, and a lot more fun stuff! Workshops are FREE to ALL of our youth groups 16 & under and only $30 a day for non-performing youths!
As always, the public can enjoy a party—FREE TO THE COMMUNITY— 3 - 5pm Sat., May 25 with music and dance performances!
Our fundraiser for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital will be our focus Sunday evening. We've raised over $40,000 so far for these special patients with our previous fundraisers! This year we aim to surpass that amount. We’ll have a silent auction, buffet dinner, open bar, a band, performances and dancing until 3 am with proceeds devoted to this worthy cause. We’re proud to support St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital again!
Dancing is IN! Dancing is healthy, fun and social. And Salsa dancing, with its music and style, unites people of all cultures and ages.
Stamford is home to this exciting dance event that offers businesses and community groups direct access to a growing audience. Together, we can grow this event for Stamford. We invite you to contact us for marketing and sponsorship opportunities!
