Empty csv file and no trajectories displayed

Hello everyone,

I'm wondering if anyone has encountered a similar issue; I'm trying to use ctrax to analyze a video, and when I set up the tracking wizard it seems to identify the flies in the frames, but when it comes to actual tracking the csv file comes out empty and the "annotated video" has no marks. What could be going wrong here? Thank you in advance for your response.
