Hello,

I recently started working on Ctrax. I have been able to work smoothly till the tracking and generation of .mat file from the CTrax GUI.
Post which whenever I try the fixerrors or showtrx or load_tracks command in Matlab, I am unable to proceed ahead. After selecting the file or movie from the prompt it says "Check for incorrect argument data type or missing argument in call to function 'isnan'." (see attached images).

Is it the problem with the .mat file or video type or the Matlab version (I'm using R2022a) may be an issue?
Or it is a path issue? My tracked video files are in another folder and the FixError and BehavioralMicroarray zip are in another folder.

Thank you in advance.

Best,
Faizah

Hi Faizah,

isnan() is a built-in Matlab function, so it's very possible that it works differently in R2022a than in whichever version we last tested the Ctrax tools (R2017, perhaps).

Oh okay. I'll check with other versions of MATLAB to figure it out.
Thank you for your reply.

Best,
Faizah
