Cant Upload Video to CTRAX

When I am uploading an AVI video into Ctrax, the video was not identified as an index and kept showing this message

TypeError: 'numpy.float64' object cannot be interpreted as an index

Is there any idea how to solve? Thanks

Hi Ukhty,

There are lots of possible reasons for this error message, and it could even be unrelated to your video. My first hunch is that your AVI may not be compliant with the Ctrax requirements (uncompressed). Have you reviewed https://ctrax.sourceforge.net/faq.html#faq-avi ?
