Ctrax tracking

hello,

I want track 10 drosophila in Petri Dish and I have a problem. When a flie stop to moving and when she restart the software think she is anorther flies and change the color. What parameter can we chang eto fix this ?

Your probably need to fix your background image so that stationary flies are not part of the background image. This can be done in the Ctrax GUI in the background model section.
