Invitation to Host a Lunch & Learn Session During National Transfer Student Week (October 20-24)

Dear CTPA Members,

The College Transfer Program Association (CTPA) invites universities and colleges to participate in our Week-Long Lunch & Learn Series in celebration of National Transfer Student Week, taking place October 20–24.

Each virtual session is designed to highlight your institution’s guaranteed and dual admission agreements and transfer initiatives. Sessions will be held daily at 12:00 PM and 12:30 PM, lasting 30 minutes each. The intended audience is college employees.

This event is a wonderful opportunity to showcase your campus’s commitment to supporting transfer students and to connect with transfer colleagues across the state.

If your institution would like to host a session, please RSVP by Wednesday, October 15, 2025 to Lisa Meads at lisa_...@albemarle.edu.
When you RSVP, please include:

• Institution name

• Presenter(s) and title(s)

• Session topic

• Any associated links (e.g., program pages, application info)

Session slots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
