Hi All,

Would you mind sharing your institution's Institutional Learning Outcomes (ILOs)? We're looking to revamp ours and would appreciate seeing what other colleges are doing. (You can find our current ILOs below, if interested. :))

If you could also share which classes you're using to assess those outcomes, that would be great!

Current ILOs: 

1. Make effective oral presentations. (COM 231)

2. Compose effective written documents. (ENG 112, 114) 

3. Analyze aspects of human culture, such as creative expressions or diverse social structures.  (ART 111, 114; HUM 110; MUS 110, 112; PHI 215, 240; REL 110, 211) 

4. Apply appropriate mathematics to solve real world problems. (MAT 110, 143, 152, 171)

5. Interpret or analyze natural phenomena using concepts and principles of the natural sciences.  (BIO 163, 168, 175, 110, 111, 140; CHM 131, 151)

6. Explain social phenomena or behaviors by applying concepts and principles. (ECO 251; HIS 111, 112, 131, 132; POL 120; PSY 150, 241; SOC 210)
